Basis of Seniority. Seniority shall be based on an employee's compensated hours accrued with the Hospital after the most recent date of employment. Seniority shall be separate for each classification covered by this Agreement and there shall be a single list for full-time and part-time employees for each classification.

Basis of Seniority. Company seniority, as referred to in this agreement, shall mean length of continuous service (“service time”) in the employ of the Company. Job classification seniority is the length of an employee’s service in a job classification. Upon successful completion of ninety (90) calendar days of the new hire’s probationary period, the employee’s seniority will date back to the date of hire.

Basis of Seniority. Seniority shall be the relative status of employees in respect to length of service with the Company, sub- ject to the following qualifications: (1) An employee who, before February 7, 1955, was hired within the Marietta Plant of LM AERO - MARIETTA, or transferred to such Plant to work within it, shall have seniority ▇▇- ▇▇▇▇ from his original hire or rehire with the Corporation. (2) An employee transferred from an occupation covered by this Agreement to a salaried occupa- tion within the Company prior to January 1, 2006, shall continue to accumulate seniority and in case of transfer to an occupation covered by this Agreement such seniority shall apply. An employee transferred from an occupation covered by this Agreement to a salaried occupa- tion within the Company on or after January 1, 2006, shall not continue to accumulate seniority, but will retain the seniority previously accumu- lated while holding an occupation covered by this Agreement. In case of transfer to an occu- pation covered by this Agreement such seniority shall apply and will continue to accumulate. A salaried employee possessing seniority in ac-

Basis of Seniority. (a) Plant Seniority is defined as the length of continuous service with the Company and shall continue until terminated for reasons as set forth under paragraph (b) of this Section. The Company will maintain seniority records by department and will make them available to appropriate Union officials upon reasonable request. (b) Plant Seniority shall be terminated for the following reasons: 1. Voluntary quitting. 2. Discharge for just cause. 3. Being absent due to layoff or disability for a continuous period of more than two (2) years, except that absence due entirely to compensable injury received in the course of any employee's employment by the Company shall not, to the extent of the period for which statutory compensation is payable, be included in the computation of said two (2) year period. Such two (2) year period may be extended provided that the employee notifies the Company by letter annually of his current address and of his desire to continue as an employee of the Company. In no case can an employee be granted an extension of more than three (3) years or a period equal to his consecutive service, whichever is smaller. Eligibility for such extensions is limited to employees whose dates of employment precede September 11, 1978. 4. Basis of Seniority. 8 (1) An employee's seniority shall be based on the length of service with the Company, 9 subject to the conditions in this Article. Subject to the provisions of Subsection B 10 (1) of this Section governing establishment of seniority, an employee's seniority 11 shall date from the date the employee starts work after original hire by the 12 Company, except that a rehired employee's seniority shall date from the date the 13 employee starts work after the latest rehire by the Company. Seniority shall not be 14 carried from other facilities of the Lockheed ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Corporation except as 15 specifically provided in this Agreement; however, seniority credit for service in a 16 subsidiary corporation or other Division of Lockheed ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Corporation granted 17 to employees and persons prior to the date of this Agreement shall be continued in 18 effect. 19 (2) A part-time employee shall be entitled to seniority in the same proportion that time 20 regularly worked by such part-time employee bears to the time regularly worked by 21 a full-time employee. Part-time employees shall be eligible for health care benefits 22 upon payment of 40% of the health care premium after ninety (90) calendar days 23 of continuous service time from the date the employee starts work after hire or 24 rehire without seniority. 25 (3) A full-time employee may be assigned as a part-time employee for up to 120 26 calendar days by mutual agreement between the Company and the Union and will 27 retain full-time employee placement and layoff rights. 28

Basis of Seniority. Each employee’s seniority shall be equal to the employees last continuous period of service with the Company in the bargaining unit, including all such continuous service prior to the execution of this Agreement, except as provided in paragraphs 4:18 and 4:22 hereof. No seniority rights will, however, be recognized until an employee completes his probationary period as provided in Paragraph 1:09 of this Agreement.

Basis of Seniority. Seniority will be based on an employee’s most recent date of hire. Seniority shall be by classification within each department based on an employee’s most recent date of hire within that classification.
