AGE OF VEHICLE. 1. During the term of the Transportation Provider Subcontract with Broker, vehicles may not have a date of manufacture that is equal to or more than: a. PROGRAM-BASED TRANSPORTATION ONLY 1) Seven (7) years for vans, sedans & station wagons; and
AGE OF VEHICLE. The Vehicle shall be in excellent working conditions and under no circumstances shall be more than 3 (three) years old. The Agency shall be responsible to ensure that the Vehicle has sufficient fuel, its lubricants, air and water and internally and externally, is always maintained in a sterling condition by the Agency.
AGE OF VEHICLE. 2.1 From 1 October 2014 there will be a vehicle age policy for both ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and private hire vehicles. (See appendix 19 for more information).

  • Dissolution or Liquidation To the extent not previously exercised or settled, Options, SARs and Stock Units shall terminate immediately prior to the dissolution or liquidation of the Company.

  • Dissolution; Liquidation (a) The Company shall dissolve, and its affairs shall be wound up upon the first to occur of the following: (i) the written consent of the Member or (ii) any other event or circumstance giving rise to the dissolution of the Company under Section 18-801 of the Act, unless the Company’s existence is continued pursuant to the Act. (b) Upon dissolution of the Company, the Company shall immediately commence to wind up its affairs and the Member shall promptly liquidate the business of the Company. During the period of the winding up of the affairs of the Company, the rights and obligations of the Member under this Agreement shall continue. (c) In the event of dissolution, the Company shall conduct only such activities as are necessary to wind up its affairs (including the sale of the assets of the Company in an orderly manner), and the assets of the Company shall be applied as follows: (i) first, to creditors, to the extent otherwise permitted by law, in satisfaction of liabilities of the Company (whether by payment or the making of reasonable provision for payment thereof); and (ii) thereafter, to the Member. (d) Upon the completion of the winding up of the Company, the Member shall file a Certificate of Cancellation in accordance with the Act.

  • No Legal Title to Owner Trust Estate The Certificateholders shall not have legal title to any part of the Owner Trust Estate solely by virtue of their status as a Certificateholder. The Certificateholders shall be entitled to receive distributions with respect to their undivided beneficial interest therein only in accordance with Articles V and VIII. No transfer, by operation of law or otherwise, of any right, title or interest of the Certificateholders to and in their ownership interest in the Owner Trust Estate shall operate to terminate this Trust Agreement or the trusts hereunder or entitle any transferee to an accounting or to the transfer to it of legal title to any part of the Owner Trust Estate.
