The Vehicle. A vehicle from the car sharing service that is intended for use by the Subscriber.
The Vehicle the Vehicle stated on the front page of the Agreement, the right of use of which belongs to the Car Hire Company, and which the Car Hire Company provides to the Renter for use according to the Agreement. 1.2. The present Terms and Conditions establish the rights and obligations of the Renter during use of the Vehicle. The Renter is aware that the right of use of the Vehicle belongs to the Car Hire Company, and that the Renter does not have powers for transfer of the rights and obligations accepted by him or her by conclusion of the Agreement to third persons (among other, for transfer of the right to the Vehicle). Rent or transfer of the Vehicle to third persons is permitted only on the basis of a prior written agreement with the Car Hire Company. The Car Hire Company allows the Renter to use the Vehicle in accordance with the present Terms and Conditions. 1.3. The Car Hire Company makes the present Terms and Conditions available to the Renter not later than at the time of conclusion of the Agreement. By signature of the Agreement the Renter confirms and the Renter has read and understood the present Terms and Conditions, and that the Renter undertakes to comply with them. 1.4. The Agreement is concluded for use of one Vehicle during the period stated in the Agreement and until return of the Vehicle into direct possession of the Car Hire Company ("the period of rent”). Provisions of the Terms and Conditions do not become invalid following return of the Vehicle, if their continued validity arises from their substance.
The Vehicle. 3.1 The vehicle’s conditions
The Vehicle. The PO shall describe a year, make and model of a vehicle (“Vehicle”). If so provided in the PO, Supplier will hold and release Client funds as necessary for Client’s purchase of the Vehicle and will accept delivery of the Vehicle directly from the manufacturer or dealer; provided that, title to the Vehicle shall transfer directly from the manufacturer or dealer selling the Vehicle to Client.
The Vehicle a. You must provide us with documentary proof that you have either, ownership or legal charge over the vehicle that you propose to place with us. This may be via a copy of a Vehicle Title or Vehicle Registration. All information will be copied for our files. b. You may not place a stolen or illegally possessed or repossessed vehicle with us. Any such attempt will be reported to the police. c. You shall, prior to our completion of any storage agreement, notify us in detail of any special issues, conditions, requirements or precautions that may be particular to your vehicle or type. d. The vehicle will be presented for inspection prior to acceptance for entry to storage in a condition that presents no likelihood of risk of damage or injury, to either our staff or representatives, or other vehicles within the facility or the facility itself. e. No explosive or dangerous articles may be left within the vehicle. f. All personal items should be removed from the vehicle. No responsibility will be held for any items remaining. g. Fuel tank contents are advised to be maintained to a level that will allow periodic or sporadic movement of the vehicle whilst in our care for the period planned. It is advised that if a vehicle is expected to be stored for a prolonged period, the fuel tank is filled to maximum to reduce excessive condensation within the ullage and therefore fuel contamination with water being kept to a minimum. h. Battery condition can be affected dramatically when left for prolonged periods of un-use. If no instruction for battery care is requested, We will not be liable for battery deterioration as a result. Refer to additional services within our web pages. i. You agree to indemnify Eminent Auto Group against any loss or damage how-so- ever resulting from any breach of the above.

The Vehicle. 35.1 The Driving School Vehicle,regardless of source, shall be serviced and maintained by the Driving Instructor to meet the requirements set out in the maufacturers warranty and, in the case of a vehicle supplied by Surepass Ltd, its Operations Manual, and Surepass Ltd shall provide to the Driving Instructor the requisite procedures and other specifications for service and maintenance. 35.2 The Driving Instructor shall complete all servicing for vehicles supplied by Surepass Ltd at the required intervals as specified in The Operations Manual. 35.3 If required Surepass Ltd will provide the Driving Instructor with a brand new Vehicle on an annual basis. It is understood between the Parties; 35.3.1 the actual replacement date is subject to delivery dates from the manufacturer and may not coincide with the actual anniversary date of the Agreement; 35.3.2 there are no material breaches outstanding at the date of delivery; 35.3.3 the Driving Instructor is not actively involved in or associated with any other Driving School or Driving Instructor Training School during the term of the Agreement; 35.3.4 the Driving Instructor operates the Franchised Business on a full time basis as defined in Annex 1. 35.4 If required, the Driving Instructor may source a suitable driving school vehicle from a third party as defined in the Operations Manual. It is understood between the parties that the vehicle, its servicing, maintenance and insurance are the responsibility of the Driving Instructor.
The Vehicle. A. Whilst we will endeavour to make every effort to ensure the Vehicle is ready at the agreed time, circumstances may arise out of our control and we accept no liability other than, the refund of Hire hours or days lost. B. Collection is from 2pm on the start day of the hire. Hand-over can take up to 45 minutes to transfer your possessions and cover all safety, training to use the vehicle and vehicle checks - please ensure you allow this time when collecting the vehicle. C. At the commencement of the Hire Period the Vehicle is supplied with a full tank of fuel. You are expected to return the Vehicle at the end of the Hire Period with a full tank of fuel. D. There is storage provided in the vans for all of your belongings, but we recommend you bring your belongings in foldable bags to maximise storage space. We can store your empty suitcases if this is not possible.
