USE OF THE VEHICLE Clause Samples

The "Use of the Vehicle" clause defines the permitted and prohibited uses of a vehicle under an agreement. It typically outlines who is authorized to drive the vehicle, the types of activities for which the vehicle may be used (such as personal or business purposes), and any restrictions, such as prohibiting use for illegal activities or subleasing. By clearly specifying these terms, the clause helps prevent misuse of the vehicle and allocates responsibility, thereby reducing the risk of disputes or liability arising from unauthorized use.
