Aggrieved Employee Clause Samples
The 'Aggrieved Employee' clause defines the rights and remedies available to an employee who believes they have been wronged or treated unfairly by their employer. Typically, this clause outlines the procedures the employee must follow to raise a grievance, such as submitting a formal complaint or participating in an internal review process. It may also specify the types of issues covered, such as discrimination, harassment, or breach of contract. The core function of this clause is to provide a clear and structured process for addressing employee complaints, thereby helping to resolve disputes efficiently and reduce the risk of escalation or litigation.
