Agreed working hours Clause Samples

The "Agreed working hours" clause defines the specific days and times during which an employee is expected to perform their duties. Typically, this clause outlines the standard start and end times for each workday, the total number of hours per week, and may address expectations regarding overtime or flexible scheduling. By clearly establishing when work is to be performed, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings about availability and ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of work commitments.
