Common use of Agreement and Amendment Clause in Contracts

Agreement and Amendment. This Agreement constitutes the agreement of the Parties with respect to the specific subject matters which are addressed herein in connection with Executive’s status as an employee of Company and post employment relationship. Any and all previous or contemporaneous understandings not contained within this Agreement, whether written or oral, with the exception of Exhibit A to this Agreement, are hereby either waived or superseded and are of no force and effect. This Agreement may be amended or modified only by mutual written consent signed by authorized representatives of both parties hereto.
