Second Amendment Clause Samples

Second Amendment. This Second Amendment duly executed and delivered by each of Borrowers, the Lenders, and the Administrative Agent.

Second Amendment. The Administrative Agent or the Special Counsel (defined below) shall have received from the Borrower and the Required Lenders either (i) a counterpart of this Second Amendment signed on behalf of such party or (ii) written evidence satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (which may include telecopy or email transmission of a signed signature page of this Second Amendment) that such party has signed a counterpart of this Second Amendment.

Second Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received this Second Amendment, executed and delivered by the Administrative Agent, Holdings and the Borrower, and each Lender providing a term loan hereto.

Second Amendment. This Second Amendment executed by the Borrower and the Bank.

Second Amendment. This Second Amendment, duly executed by the Credit Parties;

Second Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received a copy of this Second Amendment duly executed by each of the Loan Parties and the Lenders.
