Common use of Agreement and Amendment Clause in Contracts

Agreement and Amendment. Any alterations, additions, or deletions to terms which are required by changes in state law and regulations shall be automatically incorporated into this Agreement and shall take effect on the effective date of the law or regulation. Any Entity must make the other Entities aware of any new laws and regulations immediately upon that Entity's receipt of notice of said change. This Agreement may be amended by a written amendment that has been executed by the Entities and approved by their respective counsel.
