AGREEMENT AND PURPOSE. This Agreement is made and entered into by and between the Lake County Narcotics Agency, Lake County, Ohio (hereinafter referred to as the Employer or Agency), and the Ohio Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association, (O.P.B.A.), representing the Narcotics Agents (hereinafter referred to as the Agents or Bargaining Unit employees).
