Common use of AGREEMENT DATES Clause in Contracts

AGREEMENT DATES. This Agreement shall be in full force and effect from January 1, 2019, until and including December 31, 2023, and thereafter from year to year unless either party serves notice of termination or that changes are desired therein, on the other party hereto within four (4) months prior to the close of the 31st day of December 2023, or if such notice has not been served, then within four (4) months prior to the close of the 31st day December, in any year subsequent thereto.

This Agreement shall be in full force and effect from January 1, 20192015, until and including December 31, 20232018, and thereafter from year to year unless either party serves notice of termination or that changes are desired therein, on the other party hereto within four (4) months prior to the close of the 31st day of December 20232018, or if such notice has not been served, then within four (4) months prior to the close of the 31st day December, in any year subsequent thereto.
