Common use of Agreement Distribution Clause in Contracts

Agreement Distribution. Within thirty (30) days of ratification of the Agreement, the Board shall have sufficient copies of the Agreement prepared and delivered to each employee in the District, plus twenty-five (25) additional copies to the Association President. The Board and Association shall split the cost of providing copies of the Agreement.
