Agreement Is Controlling. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the provisions of the main body of this Agreement and provisions of any Statement of Work, the provisions of the main body of this Agreement shall be controlling and shall govern, except to the extent such provisions are expressly superseded by the provisions of said Statement of Work.
