Agreement Printing / Distribution Clause Samples

The Agreement Printing / Distribution clause outlines the procedures and responsibilities for producing and disseminating physical or digital copies of the contract to the involved parties. Typically, it specifies which party is responsible for printing the agreement, how many copies will be made, and the method of distribution, such as by mail, email, or hand delivery. This clause ensures that all parties receive official, identical versions of the agreement, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes over the contract's terms.
