Agreement to Use Electronic Records and Signatures for eContracting and Vaulting. Each Participant agrees to the use of electronic Records and Signatures for eContracts and Vaulting in connection with the System. All electronic Records created, delivered, managed, or stored by the System will be deemed the equivalent of writings. All manifestations of assent by a Person using a Credential, including without limitation click-throughs and typed or digitized handwritten signatures, shall be intended to serve as Signatures and shall be deemed the equivalent of a manual signature.v

  • Electronic Record Search The Reporting Finnish Financial Institution must review electronically searchable data maintained by the Reporting Finnish Financial Institution for any of the following U.S. indicia: a) Identification of the Account Holder as a U.S. citizen or resident; b) Unambiguous indication of a U.S. place of birth; c) Current U.S. mailing or residence address (including a U.S. post office box); d) Current U.S. telephone number; e) Standing instructions to transfer funds to an account maintained in the United States; f) Currently effective power of attorney or signatory authority granted to a person with a U.S. address; or g) An “in-care-of” or “hold mail” address that is the sole address the Reporting Finnish Financial Institution has on file for the Account Holder. In the case of a Preexisting Individual Account that is a Lower Value Account, an “in-care-of” address outside the United States or “hold mail” address shall not be treated as U.S. indicia.

  • Agreement to Use Electronic Signatures I agree, and it is my intent, to sign this Contract by accessing State of Indiana Supplier Portal using the secure password assigned to me and by electronically submitting this Contract to the State of Indiana. I understand that my signing and submitting this Contract in this fashion is the legal equivalent of having placed my handwritten signature on the submitted Contract and this affirmation. I understand and agree that by electronically signing and submitting this Contract in this fashion I am affirming to the truth of the information contained therein.   • Electronic Signatures and Electronic Records The Parties consent to the use of electronic signatures. The Agreement, and any other documents requiring a signature hereunder, may be signed electronically by the Parties in the manner specified by any applicable City regulation, rule, and/or ordinance. The Parties agree not to deny the legal effect or enforceability of the Agreement solely because it is in electronic form or because an electronic record was used in its formation. The Parties agree not to object to the admissibility of the Agreement in the form of an electronic record, or a paper copy of an electronic document, or a paper copy of a document bearing an electronic signature, on the ground that it is an electronic record or electronic signature or that it is not in its original form or is not an original.

  • Electronic Execution of Documents The words “execution,” “signed,” “signature” and words of like import in any Loan Document shall be deemed to include electronic signatures or the keeping of records in electronic form, each of which shall be of the same legal effect, validity and enforceability as a manually executed signature or the use of a paper-based recordkeeping systems, as the case may be, to the extent and as provided for in any applicable law, including, without limitation, any state law based on the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.

  • Malicious Use of Orphan Glue Records Registry Operator shall take action to remove orphan glue records (as defined at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/en/committees/security/sac048.pdf) when provided with evidence in written form that such records are present in connection with malicious conduct.
