AGTA Changes Sample Clauses

The "AGTA Changes" clause defines the procedures and conditions under which modifications to the AGTA (American Gem Trade Association) terms or standards may be made within an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines who has the authority to propose or approve changes, the process for notifying parties of amendments, and any limitations on the scope or timing of such changes. Its core practical function is to provide a clear and agreed-upon mechanism for updating contractual terms in response to evolving industry standards or business needs, thereby ensuring both parties remain aligned and reducing the risk of disputes over unexpected modifications.
