Common use of Aims and Objectives Clause in Contracts

Aims and Objectives. 3.1 The aims, benefits and intended outcomes of the Partners in entering in to this Agreement are to: 3.1.1 provide high quality, efficient and cost effective Services to meet the needs of the Partners, Service Users and other authorised users according to any specific Scheme set out in the Schedules; 3.1.2 provide the best value Service to the Partners, Service Users and other authorised users; 3.1.3 develop a quality-management system for continuous service improvement in line with measures and targets for the Schemes contained in the Schedules including risk management and workforce training; 3.2 The targets for any Scheme are set out in Schedule 1 for that Scheme and which are to be updated annually for approval of the JPB along with a Revised Schedule 3 and Schedule 4 (as a revised Annual Finance Agreement) and Appendix to Schedule 6 which collectively here shall form a Revised Annual Plan
