Airport Operations. Airport operations will be maintained throughout this Contract. The Company will in no way curtail or handicap normal operational characteristics of the Airport except as expressly indicated and specified in this Contract. It is the explicit intention of this Contract that the safety of aircraft, as well as the Company's equipment and Personnel, is the most important consideration. It is understood and agreed that the Company will provide for the free and unobstructed movement of aircraft in the Air Operations Area (AOA) of the Airport, including approach and departure surfaces, with respect to Company’s operations. It is further understood and agreed that the Company will provide for the uninterrupted operation of visual and electronic signals (including power supplies thereto) used in the guidance of aircraft while operating to, from, and upon the Airport.
