All Other Amendments Clause Samples
All Other Amendments. All amendments to the Agreement, other than a Data Use/Disclosure Amendment (as described in Section XV.F.1.a above), will become effective when all parties to this Agreement have signed and delivered the applicable amendment signature page.
All Other Amendments. For amendments that are not material adverse changes in the terms of this Agreement, Cigna can amend this Agreement by providing [***] days advance written notice to Provider. Alternatively, both parties can agree in writing to amend this Agreement.
All Other Amendments. All other amendments to this agreement shall require approval of the TTCI Policy Board and the governing body of each participating entity. The process for amendments shall be:
1. Desired amendments shall be brought forth and placed on a TTCI Policy Board Agenda for discussion and voting.
2. A simple majority vote of the TTCI Policy Board shall move to amend a draft of the agreement.
3. The amended draft agreement will be taken to each respective participating eligible entity’s governing board for approval.
4. Once approval from each respective participating eligible entity’s governing board is received, the amended draft agreement will be voted upon by the TTCI Policy Board for adoption of the amendment.
5. A two-thirds (2/3) vote of the TTCI Policy Board shall be necessary for final approval of the amended agreement.
All Other Amendments. For amendments that are not material adverse changes in the terms of this Agreement, CIGNA can amend this Agreement by providing 30 days advance written notice to Group. Alternatively, both parties can agree in writing to amend this Agreement.
