All Students Sample Clauses

The "All Students" clause establishes that the terms or provisions it introduces apply universally to every student covered by the agreement or policy. In practice, this means that regardless of individual differences such as grade level, program, or status, all students are subject to the same rules, requirements, or benefits outlined in the clause. This approach ensures consistency and fairness by preventing exceptions or special treatment, thereby simplifying administration and reducing ambiguity about who is covered.
