Alliance Manager. Within 30 days of the Effective Date, each Party shall also appoint an individual to act as the Alliance Manager for such Party. Each Alliance Manager shall thereafter be permitted to attend meetings of the JSC and any sub-committee as a nonvoting observer. The Alliance Managers shall be the primary point of contact for the Parties regarding the collaboration activities contemplated by this Agreement (other than the activities/responsibilities of the Project Leader outlined in Section 4.1. above) and shall help facilitate all such activities hereunder.

Each of the Commission and AstraZeneca may replace its Alliance Manager at any time by seven (7) days’ prior notice in writing to the other‌ Party. The Commission and AstraZeneca shall each bear the costs of its Alliance Manager.
