Program Manager. Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager. Program Manager. Sustainable Westchester, a non-profit corporation of which the Participating Municipality is a member.
Program Manager. The Department has engaged a Program Manager to provide certain program management functions. Such Program Manager shall, at all times, be acting solely for the benefit of the Department, not the Design-Builder. The Design-Builder hereby acknowledges and agrees that only a duly authorized and designated contracting officer shall have the authority to issue Change Orders or Change Directives on the Department’s behalf. As of the date that this Agreement is signed, the Department’s duly authorizing contracting officers are set forth in Exhibit I.
Program Manager. The individual, partnership, corporation, joint venture, or any combination thereof, or its authorized representative, named as such by the District. If no Program Manager is designated for the Project that is the subject of the Contract Documents, then all references to Program Manager herein shall be read to refer to District.
Program Manager. An entity hired by the School Board of Broward County to execute the delivery of the projects and act as the Owner’s Representative.
Program Manager. The Program Manager is retained by the Owner in accordance with a Contract executed between the Program Manager and the Owner for the purposes of (i) peer review of the design documents provided by the Design-Builder for the Project, and (ii) review of elements of architectural or engineering administration of the Work (including change orders) under the Contract Documents. The term “Program Manager” includes engineers, surveyors, designers and the other consultants retained by the Program Manager. Program Manager. The Contractor shall designate a full time Program Manager (PM) who is 100% dedicated to this contract and will ensure all work conducted within this contract is planned and executed in a manner that will achieve all management, technical, logistics, budget, and schedule objectives. The Contractor shall communicate and document its plans, processes and approaches to meet all program requirements. The Contractor designated PM shall have the necessary authority to utilize the company’s resources to assure the SOW is accomplished. The Contractor designated PM shall be authorized to deal directly with PEO IWS. The Program Manager shall provide points of contact for each facility.
Program Manager. The Program Manager shall be the primary local contact responsible for management of all programmatic and administrative components of the Grant Agreement. If more than one individual is sharing this role, a single point of contact shall be named. The Program Manager shall be responsible for coordinating recruitment and hiring or subcontracting of CHT, MAT, and WHI staff according to State direction.
