Contract Manager. The Contract Manager for the Board is ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇. The Contract Manager for the Contractor is the Contractor. The parties shall direct all matters arising in connection with the performance of this Agreement, other than notices, to the attention of the Contract Managers for attempted resolution or action. The Contract Managers shall be responsible for overall resolution, action, coordination, and oversight relating to the performance of this Agreement.
Contract Manager. The contractor shall provide a contract manager who shall be responsible for the performance of work. The name of this person and an alternate(s) who shall act for the contractor when the manager is absent shall be designated in writing to the Custodial Superintendent or designee prior to contract start date. The contract manager or alternate shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this contract. The contract manager or alternate shall be available during normal duty hours within sixty (60) minutes to meet at the job site with the Custodial Superintendent or designee to discuss problem areas. After normal duty hours, the manager or alternate shall be available within two (2) hours. The contractor shall provide the telephone number of the person(s) to call should the need arise. Time for response will be counted from the time the Custodial Superintendent or designee places the call to the contract manager or alternate. The contract manager and alternate(s) shall be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Multimedia Services – Services that encompass a wide range of applications, including streaming, interactive presentations, and communication tools that integrate different media types such as text, image, audio, animation, and video, for a richer user experience aimed at interacting with the target audience or target market. Order – Written agreement between the Customer and Contractor which establishes the services agreed upon by the Customer and Contractor and may be used interchangeably with purchase order. Public Relations ServicesCommunication management services that make use of publicity and other forms of promotion to educate and influence the feelings, opinions, and beliefs about the Customer, its products or services, or about the value of the product or service or the activities of the Customer to buyers, prospects, or other stakeholders. Service Categories – The four categories of services contemplated within this Contract: Public Relations Services, Advertising Services, Marketing Services, and Multimedia Services. State – The State of Florida. Term Contract - The legally enforceable State Term Contract, as defined in section 287.012, F.S., between the Department and the Contractor.

The Service Categories are: Endpoint-Based Asset Discovery; Network-Based Asset Discovery; Endpoint Detection and Response; External-Facing Asset Discovery; Email Security; Content Delivery Network; Security Operations Platform (SOP); Identity and Access Management (IAM); Mobile Security and Threat Detection; Secure Access Service Edge (SASE); Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC); IT Service Management (ITSM); Vulnerability Assessment and Management; Cybersecurity Threat Intelligence (CTI), Data Security, and Enterprise Security Log Management, Analytics, and Response. Value-Added Services - Value-added services include any additional services the Contractor offers, for no additional cost to the Customer, as part of the Term Contract, and which clearly exceed the minimum requirements and are within the scope of this Term Contract. An example of value-added services would be, “The Contractor will provide a year of 24/7 support services, at no cost to the Customer.” Any value-added service proposed by the Contractor, if accepted by the Customer, shall become a requirement and be a part of the minimum service specifications contained in any resulting Purchase Order.
