Common use of Program Manager Clause in Contracts

Program Manager. The Department has engaged a Program Manager (or “PM”) to provide certain program management functions. Such Program Manager shall, at all times, be acting solely for the benefit of the Department, not the Design-Builder. The Program Manager shall not be authorized to modify any of the rights or obligations of the Department or the Construction Manager pursuant to this Contract, or to issue Change Orders or Change Directives.
