Allocation of Interests Clause Samples

The Allocation of Interests clause defines how ownership or participation shares are distributed among parties in an agreement, such as partners in a partnership or members in a joint venture. It typically specifies the percentage or proportion of interests each party holds, which can affect voting rights, profit distributions, and responsibilities for losses. By clearly outlining these allocations, the clause ensures transparency and prevents disputes over ownership stakes or entitlements, thereby providing a clear framework for managing the relationship between the parties.
