Allocation of Seller’s Share of Collections Prior to Termination Date Clause Samples

The "Allocation of Seller’s Share of Collections Prior to Termination Date" clause defines how any funds or payments collected before the contract’s termination are distributed to the seller. Typically, this clause outlines the method and timing for allocating the seller’s portion of collections, such as specifying that the seller receives a percentage of payments received from customers or debtors up to the termination date. Its core function is to ensure that the seller receives their fair share of proceeds generated during the contract period, preventing disputes over entitlement to funds collected before the agreement ends.
