OF THE PURCHASERS Sample Clauses

The "Of the Purchasers" clause defines the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of the individuals or entities acquiring goods, services, or property under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines what purchasers must do to fulfill their part of the contract, such as making payments, providing necessary information, or adhering to specified timelines. It may also address issues like the transfer of ownership, risk of loss, or conditions for acceptance of the purchased item. The core function of this clause is to clearly delineate the expectations and duties of purchasers, thereby reducing ambiguity and helping to prevent disputes between parties.
