Common use of Alterations Prohibited Clause in Contracts

Alterations Prohibited. Tenant shall make no improvements or alterations on the Premises of any kind or that alter in any respect any structural component of the Building, including but not limited to the installation of signage, without first obtaining Landlord's written consent. All alterations shall be made in a good and workmanlike manner, and in compliance with applicable laws and building codes.
