Alternate Delivery Point Clause Samples

The Alternate Delivery Point clause defines the conditions under which goods or services may be delivered to a location different from the originally specified delivery address. Typically, this clause allows the buyer or seller to designate an alternative site for delivery, either in advance or under certain circumstances, such as access issues or changes in project requirements. Its core practical function is to provide flexibility in the delivery process, ensuring that logistical challenges or unforeseen events do not prevent successful fulfillment of contractual obligations.
