Alternate Option. If the dates designated by Interconnection Customer are acceptable to Distribution Provider, Distribution Provider shall so notify Interconnection Customer within thirty (30) Calendar Days, and shall assume responsibility for the design, procurement and construction of Distribution Provider's Interconnection Facilities and Distribution Upgrades by the designated dates.
