Alternate Proposals. Where required, vendors must submit complete specifications on all alternate proposals with the proposal form. Alternate proposals without complete specifications may be rejected. Alternate proposals and exceptions to proposal clauses must be clearly noted on the proposal form. The County may accept or reject alternate proposals; whatever is most advantageous to the County.
