Alternative Rights for Storage/Network Use Sample Clauses

The "Alternative Rights for Storage/Network Use" clause defines the specific permissions or options available to a party regarding the use of storage or network resources under the agreement. This clause typically outlines whether a party can use alternative storage solutions or network services beyond those originally specified, and may set conditions or limitations for such use, such as requiring prior approval or compliance with certain standards. Its core practical function is to provide flexibility in how storage or network resources are utilized, ensuring that parties can adapt to changing technological needs or operational requirements while maintaining contractual clarity and control.
