Common use of Alternative Work Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Alternative Work Arrangements. 24.3.1 In the event that any of the Employer’s bargaining units take strike action, the Employer may request the Employee undertake an alternative work arrangement which may include working from home or at an alternate site. If it is an alternate site, the location will be equipped with the necessary tools, communications and technology to enable the Employee to continue productive work.
