Common use of Alternatives Analysis Clause in Contracts

Alternatives Analysis. ▇▇▇▇ & Peers will analyze trip generation estimates for two additional project alternatives (in addition to the No Project analysis). These project alternatives are assumed to be lower intensity alternatives, so no additional intersection LOS and project impact analysis will be prepared. However, their effects on the potential for project impacts will be qualitatively discussed and a brief written summary will be provided.
