The Contract may be amended or supplemented by a Change Order, a Work Change Directive, a Field Order, or a written amendment signed by Owner and Contractor, including but not limited to the GMP Amendment and any Early Work Package Amendments. B. If a supplement to the Contract includes a change in the GMP or Contract Times, and is not a part of the GMP Amendment or an Early Work Package Amendment, such supplement must be set forth in a Change Order. C. All changes to the Contract must be approved by the Owner.
