Common use of Amendment Documents Clause in Contracts

Amendment Documents. The Administrative Agent shall have received (1) a duly executed counterpart of this Amendment from the Administrative Agent and the Borrowers, (2) an Authorization from each Term Loan Lender and (3) an Authorization from the Required Lenders.

The Administrative Agent shall have received (1i) a duly executed counterpart of this Amendment from Amendment, duly executed and delivered by an authorized officer of Coram, the Administrative Agent Borrower, each Subsidiary Guarantor, each Lender and the Borrowers, (2) an Authorization from each Term Loan Lender Fronting Bank and (3ii) an Authorization from a promissory note duly executed by the Required LendersBorrower in favor of each Lender (collectively, the "AMENDMENT FEE NOTES") substantially in the form attached hereto as Annex III.

This Amendment, executed and delivered by a duly executed counterpart authorized officer of this Amendment from the Company, the Administrative Agent and the Borrowers, (2) an Authorization from each Term Loan Lender and (3) an Authorization from the Required Lenders; and 2. The Company Pledge Agreement Amendment, executed and delivered by a duly authorized officer of the Company and the Administrative Agent, together with an Acknowledgement and Consent, executed and delivered by a duly authorized officer of PartsAmerica.

The Administrative Agent shall have received the following documents: (1A) a duly executed counterpart of this Amendment from the Administrative Agent and the Borrowers, (2B) an Authorization Authorizations from each Term Loan Increase Lender, (C) Authorizations from each Revolving Credit Lender and (3D) an Authorization Authorizations from the Required Lenders; and (ii) to the extent requested by any Lender, a Term Note with respect to such Lender executed by the Borrowers.

The Administrative Agent shall have received the following documents: (1A) a duly executed counterpart of this Amendment from the Administrative Agent and the Borrowers, (2B) an Authorization Authorizations from each Term Loan Increase Lender and (3C) an Authorization Authorizations from the Required Lenders; and (ii) to the extent requested by any Lender, a Term Note with respect to such Lender executed by the Borrowers.

Amendment Documents. The Administrative Agent shall have received (1) a duly executed counterpart of this Amendment from executed by the Borrower and the Administrative Agent on behalf of itself and the Borrowers, (2) an Authorization from each Term Loan Lender and (3) an Authorization from the other Required LendersLenders pursuant to authorization of even date.
