Common use of Amendment Documents Clause in Contracts

Amendment Documents. The Administrative Agent shall have received duly authorized and executed copies of each of the following in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and, if applicable, its counsel, in each case signed by an Authorized Officer of each applicable Loan Party and by each other Person party thereto: (i) this Amendment; (ii) all Notes requested by the Lenders; and (iii) all other documents and instruments required by the Amended Credit Agreement or this Amendment in connection with the execution, delivery and performance of this Amendment by each Loan Party.

Amendment Documents. The Administrative Agent shall have received duly authorized and executed copies of each of the following in form (together with this Amendment, the "Amendment Documents"): 1. This Amendment, executed and substance satisfactory to delivered by a duly authorized officer of the Company, the Administrative Agent and, if applicable, its counsel, in each case signed by an Authorized Officer of each applicable Loan Party and by each other Person party thereto: (i) this Amendment; (ii) all Notes requested by the Required Lenders; and (iii) all other documents 2. The Company Pledge Agreement Amendment, executed and instruments required delivered by a duly authorized officer of the Amended Credit Agreement or this Amendment in connection Company and the Administrative Agent, together with the executionan Acknowledgement and Consent, delivery executed and performance delivered by a duly authorized officer of this Amendment by each Loan PartyPartsAmerica.

Amendment Documents. The Administrative Agent shall have received duly authorized and executed copies of each of the following in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and, if applicable, its counsel, in each case signed by an Authorized Officer of each applicable Loan Party and by each other Person party theretodocuments: (ia) a counterpart of this Amendment, duly executed by the Banks, the Borrower and SMF; (iib) all Notes requested the Replacement Notes, duly executed by the LendersBorrower; and (iiic) all such other documents and instruments required by closing certificates as the Amended Credit Agreement or this Amendment in connection Administrative Agent may reasonably require to evidence the Borrower’s compliance with the execution, delivery terms and performance conditions of this Amendment by each Loan Partyand satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in this Section 6.

The Administrative Agent shall have received duly authorized and executed copies of each of the following in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and, if applicable, its counsel, in each case signed by an Authorized Officer of each applicable Loan Party and by each other Person party theretoreceived: (i) this Amendment; (ii) all Notes requested , executed and delivered by a duly authorized officer of each of the REIT, the Borrower and the applicable Lenders; and (iiiii) all other documents an Acknowledgment and instruments required Consent (the “Acknowledgment and Consent”) substantially in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto, duly executed and delivered by the Amended Credit Agreement or this Amendment in connection with REIT and the execution, delivery and performance of this Amendment by each Loan PartyGuarantors.

Amendment Documents. The Administrative Agent shall have received duly authorized and executed copies of each of the following in form and substance satisfactory to documents: (A) a duly executed counterpart of this Amendment from the Administrative Agent andand the Borrowers, if applicable(B) Authorizations from each Increase Lender, its counsel, in (C) Authorizations from each case signed by an Authorized Officer of each applicable Loan Party Revolving Credit Lender and by each other Person party thereto: (iD) this Amendment; (ii) all Notes requested by Authorizations from the Required Lenders; and (iiiii) all other documents and instruments required to the extent requested by any Lender, a Term Note with respect to such Lender executed by the Amended Credit Agreement or this Amendment in connection with the execution, delivery and performance of this Amendment by each Loan PartyBorrowers.
