Amendment Purpose. This amendment incorporates changes to boilerplate contract language and related contract attachments.
Amendment Purpose. CONFIRE and Contractor now desire to amend the Agreement to extend the Agreement Term (“Amended Term”).

d. Modify the Preamble, Section 1 Definitions, Section 3.1 Term of the Price Agreement, Section 21.0 Notices; Exhibit A Section 4.1 Administrative and Contract Management Reports and Section 4.2 Volume Sales Reports; and Exhibit G NASPO ValuePoint Standard Contract Terms and Conditions.

Amendment Purpose. SCAG desires to unilaterally amend the Agreement to update the Available Funding Schedule set forth in Exhibit D-[ ] to the Agreement.
