In addition to the Clause Samples

The "In addition to the" clause serves to supplement existing terms or obligations by introducing additional requirements or provisions. In practice, this clause is used to clarify that the obligations or rights specified are not exclusive and that other terms, conditions, or duties may also apply alongside those already stated. For example, a contract might state that, in addition to the payment terms outlined, the party must also comply with certain reporting requirements. The core function of this clause is to ensure that all relevant obligations are recognized and enforced, preventing parties from claiming that only the explicitly listed terms apply.
