Common use of Amendment to Section 14 Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Section 14. Section 1.4 of the Forbearance Agreement is hereby amended to delete the date “November 18, 2005” where it appears therein and insert in substitution therefor the date “December 9, 2005”.

Amendment to Section 14. Section 1.4 of the Forbearance Agreement is hereby amended to delete the date “November 18December 23, 2005” where it appears therein and insert in substitution therefor the date “December 9January 6, 20052006”.

Amendment to Section 14. Section 1.4 of the Forbearance Agreement is hereby amended to delete the date “November 184, 2005” where it appears therein and insert in substitution therefor the date “December 9November 18, 2005”.
