Common use of Amendment to Sections Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Sections. 2 and 5.2/Increase in Grant Amount. The amount of the Grant as defined in Section 2 of the Agreement is hereby increased by up to Sixty Eight Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($68,000.00), to a total Grant amount of up to Seven Hundred Thirty Three Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($733,000.00). All references in the Agreement to the $665,000.00 Grant amount shall hereafter be deemed references to the $733,000.00 Grant amount and the Total Project Cost described in Section 5.2 of the Agreement is hereby changed to $1,203,000.00.
