Common use of Amendments; Modifications Clause in Contracts

Amendments; Modifications. (a) Subject to Section 4.2, Section 4.3 and Section 4.5 this agreement may not be amended or modified except by an agreement in writing executed by Canco, Callco and RG and approved by the holders of the Exchangeable Shares in accordance with Section 11(2) of the Share Provisions. (b) No amendment or modification or waiver of any of the provisions of this agreement otherwise permitted hereunder shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by all of the parties hereto.

Amendments; Modifications. (a) Subject to Section 4.2, Section 4.3 and Section 4.5 4.5, this agreement Agreement may not be amended or modified except by an agreement in writing executed by Cancothe Parent, Callco and RG Exchangeco and approved by the holders of the Exchangeable Shares in accordance with Section 11(211(b) of the Exchangeable Share Provisions. (b) . No amendment or modification or waiver of any of the provisions of this agreement Agreement otherwise permitted hereunder shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by all of the parties hereto.

No amendment or modification or waiver of any of the provisions of this agreement Agreement otherwise permitted hereunder shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by all of the parties hereto.

(b) No amendment or modification or waiver of any of the provisions of this agreement otherwise permitted hereunder shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by all of the parties hereto.1.10(b)
