Common use of Amendments to Contract Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Contract. a. Except as provided in condition 31 all amendments to this Contract shall be serially numbered, in writing, issued only by the Authority’s Representative (Commercial), and agreed by both Parties. b. Where the Authority or the Contractor wishes to introduce a change which is not minor or which is likely to involve a change to the Contract Price, the provisions of Schedule 4 (Contract Change Control Procedure) shall apply.
