Amendments to Schedule 2. 1(a). On the date of any reduction in the Commitments of any Lender pursuant to this Section 2.6, Schedule 2.1(a) shall be deemed to be amended to reflect such reduction in the Committed Amount of such Lender and any change in the Commitment Percentage of such Lender and the Agent is authorized to record such reductions and changes in the Register

Amendments to Schedule 2. 1. On any person being deemed to be an Employee or not to be an Employee pursuant to Sections 2.10 or 2.11, Schedule 2.1 shall be deemed to be amended accordingly.

Amendments to Schedule 2. 5.1 Schedule 2 of the Contract shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with Schedule 2 at Appendix 2 to this Supplemental Agreement.

All other Schedules to the Credit Agreement shall not be modified or otherwise affected.

Amendments to Schedule 2. Schedule 2 to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety with Schedule II to the Second Amendment.

Each Lender confirms that, on the First Amendment Effective Date, Schedule 2.01 attached hereto sets forth such ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Commitments as of the First Amendment Effective Date. The Borrower, the Administrative Agent, the Lenders and the L/C Issuer consent to the allocation of Commitments on the First Amendment Effective Date in the manner set forth in Schedule 2.01 attached hereto.
