Common use of Amount of Borrowing Clause in Contracts

Amount of Borrowing. The amount of such Borrowing shall be at Borrower’s option and shall be up to $20,000,000 but at least $10,000,000.

Amount of Borrowing. The amount of such Borrowing shall be at Borrower’s option and shall be up in an amount, when added to all Loans previously advanced pursuant to Section 6.02 or Section 6.03, that does not exceed $20,000,000 but 20,000,000.
