Common use of Amount of Commitment Clause in Contracts

Amount of Commitment. No Lessor may make any such assignment, conveyance or transfer if, as a consequence thereof, the transferor (if such Lessor retains any part of its Commitment) or transferee Lessor would have a Commitment (assuming for this purpose no funding by such Lessor) of less than U.S. $2,000,000.
