NOTE Sample Clauses
A "NOTE" clause serves to provide supplementary information, clarification, or guidance within a contract or legal document. It typically highlights important considerations, exceptions, or explanations that are relevant to understanding the main provisions but do not themselves create binding obligations. By offering additional context or drawing attention to specific points, a NOTE clause helps ensure that parties are fully informed and reduces the risk of misunderstandings.
