Amount of Secured Obligations Sample Clauses

The 'Amount of Secured Obligations' clause defines the total sum or scope of financial obligations that are protected or covered under a security agreement. This clause typically specifies which debts, liabilities, or future advances are included as secured obligations, such as principal, interest, fees, and other related costs. By clearly outlining the extent of what is secured, the clause ensures both parties understand the maximum exposure and the range of obligations that the security interest will cover, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes over what is protected by the security arrangement.
