Advance Request Form definition
Advance Request Form. A certificate, in a form approved by Lender, properly completed and signed by Borrower requesting a Revolving Credit Advance.
Advance Request Form means a certificate in substantially the form -------------------- of Exhibit A attached hereto, properly completed and signed by the --------- Borrower, requesting an Advance and/or selection of a Eurodollar Rate as the applicable Interest Rate.
