Common use of An Employee required by the Employer Clause in Contracts

An Employee required by the Employer. to work on a Named Holiday shall be paid for all hours worked on a Named Holiday at two times (2X) their Basic Rate of Pay plus: (a) an alternate day off at a mutually agreed time, or (b) failing mutual agreement within thirty (30) calendar days following the Named Holiday the Employee shall receive payment for such day at their Basic Rate of Pay.
